
The MORE being inclusion of stress or morale or fatigue in addition to physical damage. However, looking back, I seem to have unwittingly favored boardgames that do this and MORE. Tactics and gameplay in general are built around physical damage. This is often the goal or is central to achieving the goal. Inflict as much damage as you can on the enemy to destroy them. Wargames and games with any kind of fighting nearly always incorporate, by necessity, inflicting physical damage on your enemy. Above all, I enjoy games that operate as campaigns, or otherwise offer long duration play in which the situation and characters or units change over time.

So there will be a variety of both game mediums and game types discussed. I'm also a fan of games revolving around combat and fighting at various scales that might be categorized outside of wargames and RPGs. Wargames are probably my central attraction in both mediums, but RPGs (science fiction, fantasy, real world) are also draws. I'm attracted to the same type of games in both cardboard and digital format.
